Our commitment to safety as we navigate COVID-19

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, employees and partners are always our priority. As we continue to operate to full capacity and deliver orders, we are actively monitoring the coronavirus situation and are taking steps to help keep our communities safe.

As we adjust to new precautions, I want to highlight a few actions we are taking:

Supporting public health authorities We are following all steps and advice provided by local authorities and the World Health Organisation. We are in close contact with all of our staff and have a procedure in place should they feel ill. We also have a team available 24/7 to support public health authorities in their response to the pandemic.

Helping keep our workplaces clean Our production facility was amongst the first to be audited and granted resumption-to-work rights by local authorities following national-wide lockdowns and we’ll continue to follow the highest possible hygiene standards in every department.

Some of the precautions we are taking across our production teams include: 1. Temperature testing of all staff at entry/exit/interim checkpoints at work premises; 2. Disinfecting of all personal attire/belongings on entry and shared work surfaces; 3. Segregation of work areas and rostering of breaks to limit potential exposure; 4. Provision and mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment during work hours.

Continuing to produce and deliver orders We understand that you may be feeling uncertain about supply right now and we would like to confirm that our sales, customer service, production and backend functions continue to operate as usual. We are maintaining close contact with all customers to communicate order updates and are on hand to discuss any concerns through all levels of business.

Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported? We refer to the World Health Organisation’s response on this matter, as follows: It is safe to receive a package from a COVID-19 affected area as the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low, as is the risk of catching the virus from a package that has been moved, travelled and exposed to different temperatures. Further information on this, and other FAQs, can be found here.

Thank you During this time of uncertainty, we also want to acknowledge the incredible efforts of our team, who work so hard to make magic happen on pitches around Australia.  We also thank you for your continued support, and we will continue to keep you informed as we take additional action.

Sincerely,

Douglas Tsoi General Manager
