Exchanges and returns are available on goods purchased from the STR Retail Range. Unfortunately, custom sportswear are not eligible for exchanges or returns as they have been made-to-order.
If you would like an exchange or return on your eligible purchase, we simply request that all items returned for exchange be in its original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed, with all tags still attached.
Where an exchange is eligible, you have the option to pick up the replacement item in person from our office in Melbourne during business hours without incurring any additional shipping charges; alternatively we are also happy to arrange postal delivery at a flat shipping rate of $15. As stock is held in our warehouse we will let you know once your replacement item is ready.
