DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We are still open for ordering and our delivery time-frames remain unchanged. They continue to be 4 weeks with low minimums. Both air and sea freight options also continue to be available for our customers and we can provide recommendations on the best service based on your needs.
Please note some third party items and accessories may be subject to higher lead times and minimums due to factors beyond our control.
OFFICE HOURS
Our NSW showroom and offices are open Monday – Friday by appointment and our Victorian showroom and offices are currently closed. We will continue to monitor Victorian Government’s guidelines for the re-opening of offices and in the meantime, we are permitted to continue providing online order fulfilments.
We remain available via email, phone and live chat on our website for all enquiries.
PLANNING AHEAD
If you have upcoming key dates where uniforms are required, please plan your orders with your Account Executive as early as possible. As the gradual easing of sports in Victoria take place and organisations return to doing what they do best, we look forward to seeing more #str gear in action.
We will also provide a further update on Xmas and CNY order deadlines in the coming days.
